The Beginning
It all started on a vacation to Las Vegas — the place where Chris and Brit go to forget adulthood for a while and just be themselves. While shopping one afternoon, Brit spotted two Loungefly bags that instantly stopped her in her tracks: a Lady and the Tramp bag and a Winnie the Pooh bag. They bought both without a second thought.
That moment became the beginning of something much bigger.
Like Alice chasing the white rabbit, they tumbled headfirst into the world of Disney collectibles, Loungefly drops, and a community they never expected to fall in love with. One bag became another, then another. A simple collection turned into a passion, that passion turned into a Whatnot shop, and before they knew it, they had built a collection of more than 200 bags — and they’re just getting started.
What started as a way to fund Brit’s growing collection quickly turned into something much bigger. Chris and Britany saw how often collectors were being priced out by resellers and inflated markups, and they knew they wanted to build something different — a place with fair prices, real finds, and a community that actually feels welcoming.
From the very beginning, 26th Chapter was built around energy, connection, and fun. Their shows are packed with music, laughs, giveaways, and the kind of chaos that makes people want to stay long after they planned to leave. But the best part happens when someone makes their very first purchase — the entire chat explodes with goat emoji's, welcoming them into the family.
Because at the end of the day, 26th Chapter has never just been about selling collectibles. It’s a place to hang out, meet people who share the same passion, and be part of a community that genuinely shows up for one another. Whether someone is hunting for the perfect piece or simply needs a place to unwind and talk, Chris and Brit are always happy to have them there.
The number 26 has always been part of our story. Chris and Britany were married on June 26th, and Brit’s birthday — the spark behind this entire journey — falls on February 26th. So when it came time to rebrand, we wanted a name that felt meaningful, personal, and lasting.
That’s where 26th Chapter was born.
The word “Chapter” felt perfect because this business represents exactly that — a new chapter in our lives, one we’re writing together through community, collectibles, and the people we’ve met along the way.
